We plan to hold our tryouts for our Select Fall soccer teams in early June. As always, with over 1,000 registered players, it can be difficult to coordinate the dates without conflicts. The anticipated dates are as follows:
Boys; Fri June 8th ALL age groups u10-u14 between 2-8pm (early release for public schools)
Girls; Mon June 11th u10 & u11 between 4-8pm
Wed June 13th u12 & u14 between 4-8pm
Rain-date/make-up; Mon June 18th or Tue June 19th

Fri May 18th - Mylod and Ellis are OPEN. Fields remain soft from recent rain. Coaches - please ONLY practice ACROSS fields, pull goals BEYOND sidelines and avoid playing in penalty areas.

Just a reminder to all Walpole teams and visiting teams, that DOGS are NOT Allowed at any of our soccer fields. Coaches, Referees, Asst Coaches, Parent Managers, Parents, Players - please feel empowered to politely ask people to remove their dog from the field.

Walpole Youth Soccer fully supports the BAYS Zero Tolerance Policy. All individuals responsible for a team and all spectators shall support the referee. Failure to do so will undermine the referee’s authority and has the potential of creating a hostile environment for the players, the referee, and all the other participants and spectators. Please send your (3rd grade or older) player to Mylod for a clinic each Wed 6-7pm. It will be free, fun and coached by Scott Sullivan a former college goalkeeper and certified coach who has coached at the high school, club and college levels. The kids will have a blast, and work on improving their individual game skills.
Clinics will alternate between footskills and goalkeeping as follows:

The Spring 2012 In-Town Soccer program is played on Sundays, starting April 15th.
The times for each program will be as follows:
U7/U8 Girls 1:00-2:30 pm
K boys and girls 3:00-4:00 pm
U7/U8 Boys 4:30-6:00 pm
**please dress to play soccer: soccer shin guards, soccer cleats/sneakers, your soccer jersey, bring water and a ball**
