Anticipated start Sunday April 12th - at Mylod Fields
The In-Town program for players in Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade consists of skills clinics supervised by coaches from the New England Revolution followed by games. The Spring 2015 Intown soccer program will be held at Mylod Fields on Sunday afternoons.
U8 Girls 12.30-2pm (1st and 2nd grade girls)
U8 Boys 4-5.30pm (1st and 2nd grade boys)
Each week your player should bring;
*their reversible shirt (provided on week 1)
*size 3 ball [K players will receive a ball on 9/13]
*re-useable water bottle
Please check the website each week before heading to Mylod for weather or field updates.
The Intown program is skills-based, to encourage the kids to master the fundamentals of the game. Each week, the players work on a series of fun activities designed to develop their technical ability, then finish with a scrimmage. The program is challenging but fun, and by the end of the season you will notice significant improvement in their play and love of the sport.
Volunteer (parent) coaches are always welcome and asked to arrive 30 mins early each week. They will be provided an itinerary and demonstration by one of our professional coaches, who will remain through the entire session to step in and assist. No playing experience is necessary to be a succesful volunteer coach.
Each week, the kids should remember to wear their shirt (provided by WYSA), cleats, shin guards, shorts and socks, bring their ball and a reusable water bottle.
Full information on each program is available under the 'Programs' tab on the website homepage
