You can encourage your players to invite anyone they want: out of town family, neighbors, club team teammates, private school classmates, etc…not just the Walpole town team families…the people who come - the more fun we will all have, the better for the Walpole program! ———THIS YEAR WE HAVE OUR OWN DESIGNATED TAILGATING IN A LOT NEXT TO THE STADIUM!———-
SPECIAL PARKING PASSES WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY TO THOSE THAT PURCHASE TICKETS THROUGH WYSA

Tailgate Party:
- Your Team decides where to set up in the designated parking lot
- Your Team plans its own food, tables, tents, decorations, baloons, flags, grills, coolers, etc
- Decorate your area with baloons, banners, flags, …show your Walpole Spirit !!!
- Every Team will clean up their own area so bring plenty of trashbags

Ordering Tickets:
- Ordering and Pick Up of Tickets through your WYSA Team. See your Team’s Coach/Organizer for ordering tickets.
- Each Team Coach/Organizer should collect individual checks from their Team (No cash or credit cards)
- If your child wants to sit with another team, they should buy tickets from the team they want to sit with
- Checks should be made out to “Walpole Youth Soccer” only.
- Price is $21 per person (Tickets are normally $30 each for Category II seats)
- DO NOT order online or call the Revs directly.

Ordering Schedule:
Tuesday Sep 22nd: Orders received by this date will guarantee seats with the WYSA Group
Thursday Sep 24th: Orders received by this date will be at discounted price but may not be with WYSA Group

IMPORTANT: Each Team Coach/Organizer to Hand Deliver (Do Not Mail) envelope with checks
Deliver to Gary Lochhead at 5 Cherry St. East Walpole between 9am and 9pm (508 981 9184)
Please write on the envelope 1) Team Name, 2). Age-group [ie: u12B], 3) Total Dollar Amount and 4) Number of Tickets requested

Pick Up Schedule:
Friday Sep 25th: Pick up from Gary Lochhead at 5 Cherry St. East Walpole between 4pm and 9pm
Saturday Sep 26th: Pick up at Shed at Mylod between 9am and 2pm

- Only the Team Coach/Organizer can pickup the tickets
- Each Team Coach/Organizer will get a envelope with the quantity of tickets they ordered.
- Each Team will be have seats in the same row or adjacent rows
- Each Team Coach/Organizer will coordinate delivering the tickets to the people who ordered through that Team

Seating:

- No Tailgating near the stores / Cinema (due to liability as shoppers will be using the same lot)
